If you are unable to login, please email our Help Desk at helpdesk@manhattantech.edu with the following information:

  • First and Last Name 
  • Student ID Number (If Accessible)

The IT Help Desk provides information technology support to the students, faculty, and staff of the ΧÆå´óʦ campus. Students, faculty, and staff use the IT Help Desk Portal to submit support requests to IT in the following areas:

  • Managed Computing
    • We support faculty, staff, and student desktops and network printing services in all departments of the MATC campus.
  • Computing Labs
    • We manage all of the shared and departmental computing labs.
  • Datacenter and Web Services
    • We maintain the MATC data center as well as all college database servers.
